Justice For Ahmad Spencer

Ahmad Spencer is a 29 year old Male, who was convicted for a crime that normally carries a max sentence of 10 years however, instead of tying him in a youth court at the age of 14 he was sent to adult court and given the max sentence of 27 years for the crime that he should of been sentenced in juvenile court for. In the United States of America the 8th amendment prohibits against cruel and unusual punishment on a minor such as in Ahmad case. Because he was sentenced as an adult instead of a minor as he should have been, Ahmad has spend last 15 years fighting for justice and his freedom.  This go fund me page is made in faith that we can raise enough money to obtain an attorney who can assist Ahmad Spencer in regaining his freedom and ensuring justice is served by helping  change the cycle from our future youth going down the same path.
