This fund is to help support the future of a strong and courageous 8 year old girl, Galina Ayanna Kuzara. In April of 2014 Galina unselfishly gave her Bone Marrow to help save her baby brother from a rare form of Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. A month after transplant Gabriel was healthy enough to come home!
Our happiness only lasted for a short time. During a routine visit at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital we were told that Gabriel had relapsed and would need hospice care.
Gabriel passed away at home on June 19, 2014
Gabriel was only 13 months old.
One could hardly believe life could get any worse, until December 30, 2014 when Galina lost her Father tragically. Paul was a loving, loyal husband and father. He was our spiritual head and financial provider. Words cannot express how deeply Galina and his Wife of 11 years will miss him.
