Hey Everyone!
Juneteenth, a holiday that celebrates Black freedom, is right around the corner and as part of the many ways I am celebrating I'd like to honor a couple of organizations that create spaces of freedom in my community.
For those who don't know, Juneteenth is also my birthday! The greatest gift I could receive this year is your help in reaching my goal of $1,865 (the year the last slaves finally learned of their freedom) to split donations between two Black community spaces in Columbus, OH:

"As the only co-working and community space in Central Ohio catering specifically to women of color, our mission is to equip women of color with the clarity, confidence, and community they need to live their best lives and do their best work – all within a curated environment of sisterhood and support."
Maroon Arts Group (Website / Instagram )
"The Maroon Arts Group (MAG) is a collective of creatives who have galvanized to develop and provide a platform for conscious art centered around the preservation and promotion of cultures of African descent."
100% of all funds raised (including funds raised beyond my goal) will be split between these two organizations.
I am SO grateful for those of you who are willing and able to make an investment in these organizations that work hard to empower the people who need them most in our community. Thank you so much!!
