Hi Everyone
For Jake's 1st Birthday we are organizing Fundraiser for Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn. Jake was born with Tracheaoesophageal Fistula (TEF) and had to have surgery the day after he was born. He had a really rough start when he was born and because of the doctors and nurses at ACH he was able to make a full recovery. We are forever grateful for the doctors and nurses that saved Jake's life and we want to pay it forward. Jake is turning 1 April 3, 2020 and in Lieu of Gifts we are requesting a small donation. All the money raised will go to Advocate Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn. The best gift for our family is that Jake is healthy and happy. We want to help and support ACH.
