She has with materials a 16K project to have completed. Can we make it happen? Dr Shoemaker puts forth all of her time, effort, love and money in her business and animals therefore, her home is lacking the much needed improvements. Repoint 4 sides of house, Scrape old paint on 2 porches, Replace shutters, Scrape and paint addition, Fix porches handrails and banisters, large foundation and white wash, fix windows with rot on them.
If we have to do all of this is pieces as we get the money, so be it. We will start with what needs repairs immediately first.
