Pay veterinary bills

Hi all my name is Melanie and I'm setting up this go fund me page for my great uncle Billy who is in his 80s and was attacked by an German shepherd whilst walking his dog Vinny a bichon last week outside the Talisman shops in Broad day light. The woman had zero control of it and let go of it allowing the german shepherd to get hold of Vinny ragging him about like a rag doll and injured him so badly he had to be put to sleep today after they found holes in his kidney which got infected and the vets said they couldn't do anymore for him!!! As you can imagine this has left my great uncle Billy shaken up and in shock. And very upset vinny was his best friend they went everywhere together ❤️ not only this he's been charged over £800 for the vet services and a further £180 for cremation fees which in my eyes should be paid by the German shepherd owner who obviously scarpered. I'm hoping someone might of seen this happen and can forward me their details. We would be grateful of any donation how small to help cover the costs of the bills of vets and cremation of vinny.
