Update: The Lord has done it!!! I am now residing in south Florida and healing more and more with each passing day. He has worked through so many of you to help me. He blessed me with the opportunity to move in with a Christian family where I will have discipleship and an older sister to learn from, and I have so much to learn about becoming the godly woman the Lord wills for me to be. I have put my last $1500 down on the first month in this home, with less than $300 left in savings, and I am still lacking in the remaining deposit. I'm currently still working for doordash and searching for better work opportunities, as well as applying for rental assistance through the state. I figured I should update the fundraiser as well and continue trusting the Lord to provide. Words cannot explain the gratitude I have for all the help from brothers and sisters all over the world. What an amazing gift to have. Thank you all so much for helping me get to where I can live pain free with such an amazing opportunity for growth in the days ahead. God bless you all!!!
Many of you know my story. I have suffered for many years with severe skin issues that healed during a recent trip to south Florida. I have decided after many months that I need to move back so that I can get back work and find a way to provide a somewhat normal life for my son as a single mom. It is taking everything in me to create this. Not only do I not want to ask for help for some reason, but I'm also terrified of making such a move on my own with my son. So this is something very difficult for me. The health issues I've battled have caused severe depression and all I know is I have to make a change and so far being there is the only healing I've found. I have enough money saved to travel there and look for a place, but definitely not enough saved to get a place. In February I will be traveling there in hope that something will work out, whether I have enough money or not. I will be working while there and praying that something will work out so that I can stay. No one is obligated to help me but I know even just a few dollars will help me get to where I need to be. I appreciate all the love, support, and help I've already received. It wouldn't even be possible for me to travel there to look for a place without your help. Any money left over will be dedicated to street ministry.
