With a heavy heart, I am creating this Gofundme on behalf of the Nankervis family so they can lay their son/brother to rest.

On 7/26/2022, Joseph (Joe) was wrongfully taken from his family in front of his home, where he should have been safe. He liked basketball and was an active teen. Joe was a loving and caring young boy. He was in the care of his father, who is blind but provided for, loved and protected his son with everything he had. He has been taken from his parents, sisters, brothers, and grandparents, all devastated at this unexpected loss. If you can afford to donate, any little bit helps and if you can not, please take a moment to share this page. Joe was only 14 years old. No parent should have to bury a child.
