Jose Santistevan's Last Shot

Please help us help a very dedicated community member.  Here is his story...

During the month of December 2016, Jose Santistevan learned he was unfairly being demoted two levels at his organization.  He was accused of nepotism for hiring his two sons and nephew without permission, although he in fact did receive permission from his superiors before they were hired (which is a common practice in this department).  He appealed his demotion and won with the organization ultimately reversing the judge’s verdict.  

Jose has undergone all stages of appeal, leaving him one final opportunity to reverse the decision.  This loss has been financially detrimental to his family as Jose has been and continues to be the only source of income for the household.  It has also been emotionally damaging since Jose has dedicated so much of himself to this organization.

Anyone who knows Jose knows that not only is he one of the hardest workers that his organization has, he is a leader in any community he enters.  He hired an attorney throughout this process but has exhausted his resources in retaining him throughout the final stages.
