Update: Yesterday's memorial and tribute to Jorge was beyond emotional and touching. Many shared their stories of Jorge and the common theme among all was his kindness, humor, love for his family and all those who crossed his way (even the criminals he would come into contact with), but most of all his pure and unapologetic love for the Word of God. The hardest part, emotionally has passed, saying goodbye at his grave, however Jessie and the kids will still have to face some hard times ahead, emotionally and financially. I ask that you continue to share this page to ease some of this for them in the upcoming months. His wife and children are very grateful for all your support!!
We miss you Jorge but know that you are rejoicing and dancing in the streets of heaven. I will echo ehat his daughter Jordan said in the eulogy "WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT"!!
Today as we mourn the loss of a great father, husband, son, brother and friend, heaven gained an angel. Jorge was a man of God who lead many by his example. He served 29 years as a police officer serving in Hialeah and Pembroke Pines. He leaves behind a devoted wife who stayed at home to raise their two children. Two years ago at the young age of 50, he was diagnosed with a rare form of dementia, CBD. As a result of this rare disease, the family has faced with an enormous amount of medical bills.
If you feel lead to help, please contribute to assist the family during this difficult time.
ALL CONTRIBUTIONS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO JESSICA, JORDAN AND COCO.
Memorial service information is in the latest update.
Thank you all in advance for your contribution.
