As most of you know, Jonah had a severe asthma attack January 3. Jonah stopped breathing and then his heart stopped. He was taken to HMH and put on life support and has not regained consciousness. He was put in a self induced coma for 24hrs to allow him to rest/recover. After bringing him out of the coma, an EEG was done and showed seizure activity. They attempted to wean Jonah off of some of the sedation but he began having more seizures. They took Jonah off of the sedation for about 1 1/2 hrs and he was breathing on his own until he began having seizures again. Today, January 7, Jonah is being transferred to Louisville. The seizures have increased despite being heavily sedated and additional seizure meds. There is a neuro ICU in Louisville and that's what he needs.

As we all know the cost of medical care can become overwhelming. The only thing the Page family needs to be concerned with is Jonah's healing.
