Joint Fundraiser for Lenny and the Newcastle NICU

Friends and family,

It is with great sadness that we inform you all that our son Lenny Cooper Freeman has passed away. Lenny was born at 4:32PM on the 6th of August 2021 and passed away on the chest of his Mummy and in the hands of his Daddy as we told him how much he was loved by us and his family. He was tough right up until the very end, surprising even some of the most senior doctors in the Newcastle Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

We created this fundraiser so that instead of everyone sending gifts and flowers we could use this money to remember Lenny and to also donate back to the amazing men and woman at the Newcastle NICU who gave Lenny 24hr care to not only Lenny but Madeleine and Ryan aswell. The doctors and nurses at the John Hunter Children's Hospital are nothing short of amazing!
