Join the adventure and steer Fin towards Costa Rica!

Hi, my name is Fin i'm 14 and trying to raise £4980 for a once in a lifetime 4 week trip to Costa Rica in 2025 through school when I finish my GCSE's.

I will be supporting rural communities in building & developing schools and community areas, for children who do not have play areas or access to schools for education. I will also be assisting on conservation projects helping to protect the local wildlife including sea turtles and the colourful marine life of Costa Rica, as well as learning to scuba dive and gaining my PADI certificate.

I have already started raising money by saving the money I earn from my Saturday job in a local cafe, alongside the gardening jobs I've started doing in our local village. I plan to do a car wash, and a 200 mile bicycle ride which is the width of Costa Rica. There are lots more fundraising ideas I have started to plan for the year ahead.

Living in the rain forest with toucans and monkeys for a month sounds like a dream, but what I'm most excited about is meeting & living with the famously cheerful people of Costa Rica!
