Hi everyone,
This winter, I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to go on a mission trip to San Francisco, where I will be serving in the Tenderloin District alongside City Impact. I truly believe this is something God has placed on my heart, and I’m so excited to follow where He is leading me.
A big part of my faith journey has been shaped through my church, especially through my Encounter group. During Encounter, I was able to grow so much closer to God, build strong relationships, and really understand what it means to live out my faith daily. That experience challenged me to step out, trust Him more, and serve others with a genuine and open heart. This mission trip feels like the next step in that journey.
While in San Francisco, I’ll be serving in hands-on ways that reflect Christ’s love. I’ll be tutoring and connecting with kids at the Child Development Center, organizing clothing for families in need at the Design Lab, and delivering groceries, hygiene products, and meals through the Hospitality Hub. More than anything, my goal is to be the hands and feet of Jesus—showing compassion, kindness, and hope to those who may be going through difficult seasons.
This opportunity means so much to me because I want to continue growing in my faith and live out what it truly means to serve others. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 25:40 to care for others as if we are serving Him, and that is exactly what I hope to do through this trip. I want to step out of my comfort zone, trust in God’s plan, and be used to make a difference in people’s lives.
I am currently raising money to help cover the cost of this mission trip. If you feel led to support me—whether through a donation or prayer—I would be so grateful. Your support is not only helping me get there, but also helping share God’s love with others.
Thank you so much for being part of this journey with me. I’m so excited to see what God will do through this experience!
