Hi all!
Dedication, was something Joella Melhorn was never short of. She was dedicated to living the fullest life she could through her husband Max and her two daughters, Rachel and Heidi! She was very blessed two have four grandchildren, Ariel, Collin, Tyler and Kelsey. She was even considered a grandmother to many who she touched in one way or another. Her life was being a teacher and that is what she always was even when her path took her a different direction to raise three of her four grandchildren. Raising her grandchildren and being a huge part of their lives became her true passion. Joella also had a huge passion for music and didn't hesitate to share that love with her husband, children and grandchildren all throughout her life. A hard worker is what many new about her and up until her last days she was still fighting to work around the house and take care of everyone who meant everything to her.
An amazing woman was lost, but she will never be forgotten in this time or for years to come for those who knew her. Through all the love, passion, dedication and teachings that she gave all of us we're devoted to live on to make her proud and do what we know she'd want us to do.
Joella will be remembered as the most caring individual, everyone who had the chance to get to know her would agree. She would do everything she could to give, give and give some more. She never had much, but that never stopped her. She would give the shirt off her back and would deny anything in return. She would fight you if you tried repaying her. She was a giver to the end.
Unfortunately, like many, we are in financial hardship and we are asking for donations to help pay for her cremation and funeral expenses. The cost for everything will be $1,500 and we are hoping to be able to pay for everything within the next week to ensure a smooth transition.
Rest in peace, Joella Melhorn 07/16/2021. You are with your husband Max now!
