Michelle Spofford and her son Aiden

I am doing this go fund me for a child, for a mother who's voice needs to be heard. Her son attends the Gardner Middle School. Michelle Spofford is the mother of Aiden. Aiden has just spent 73 days in in-house suspension, to which Michelle was only just informed of, and the school states he hasn't done any work. Aiden is only 13 years old.

Last week she posted what was going on at the school on fb. The school had her son call her to take the post down, they said that everything was fine. What they didn't say was that they threatened her son, they told him they would send DCF to remove him from the home. A principal told her son that. A Principal in Gardner at the Gardner Middle School.

I want to help Michelle by getting an attorney and a voice for her son. I'm hoping to open the door for any other parents that are also being abused, bullied and denied services by the GMS and Principal of the GMS.

Michelle is a great mother of 5 beautiful children. She cannot not fight this dire situation but she also cannot afford to fight. I want to help raise the funds with all of your help please so a child can get an education that they want and deserve and a mother can have peace knowing her son is getting educated and not sitting in in-house suspension everyday.

Sadly Michelle is not alone. There are many parents and single parents in Gardner who are going through similar situations. Sadly wout the means and for fear retaliation these parents are all silenced. I have found an Attorney in Gardner who is going to help Michelle and hopefully be a voice for other parents going through the same. The money from this fund raiser is all going to the attorney. I'm hoping he can be the voice the children of Gardner need.

This world is hard enough. School should be guiding and educating these children. Instead they seem to do alot of bullying.
