Our beautiful friend Kat was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in May 2024. After a year of intense chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, she has just received the news that the cancer has now spread to her right lung.

Kat is now facing another round of chemotherapy—this time combining conventional treatment with integrative therapies including Chinese medicine, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV nutrients, and a specialised healing diet. These therapies are essential, but they’re also expensive and not covered by insurance.

Kat has always been the first to show up for others. Through her business, Performance Gains Fitness, she’s helped countless people reach their health and wellbeing goals—training, mentoring, coaching, and building confidence through movement. She gives her all, every single day, creating a community built on strength, care, and determination.
