James A. Kowalski Legacy
Donation protected
My dad was a good man. He had a simple philosophy of life: Nothing is more important than family, Be a good and moral person, Work hard and Try to do something that you love. While his passing came too soon, October 2017, his legacy was always clear. His children, and grandchildren were to inherit part of his estate. His second wife has seen to it that this doesn't happen, and has claimed all of his estate, including that which has always been intended for his children/grandchildren.
We are now entering a legal battle in an effort to ensure that his wishes are carried out. Legal help is expensive and we do not have the money to move forward. Swallowing my pride is uncomfortable, but I need to ask for some help. Any donation that can be made will be used to pay for legal expenses. I will be the primary recipient of any contribution, but a successful case will also benefit his grandchildren, as we will (hopefully) be awarded what was ours from the beginning. I know my dad would be so disappointed to know what this turn of events has brought to us.
I have used what money I have to secure an attorney and pay most of my part of the retainer. There will be more expenses to come, but I have no idea what they will be as there are so many factors involved. We can't do it alone. The support that comes from any of you will mean more to me than I can express. Any amount is a blessing. It will allow us to have a fighting chance to see that my dad's wishes are realized, to right a wrong. Should we be fully successful, it is my intention to pay back as much as I can to all who supported us. Thank you for your love, and support. God Bless.
Love,
Kelli Kowalski Erspamer
