This is a new fundraising campaign to help for the legal expenses and care of Beau. The money is managed by the attorneys on the case. They can be verified through the County Clerk's office. The funds will not be given to any individual, but will be directed soley to the legal fees and care of Beau.
The case has dragged on, and new challenges have arisen. Thank you so much.

Team Beau: We have had many new comers and many requests for what you can do to help. So here is a brief summary to let you know some information of what you can do to help.
Beau still remains incarcerated at the animal shelter in Dyersburg. We would appreciate donations of food for him, but please do not send money for Beau. The city is charging us a boarding fee and money sent to the shelter will NOT offset his care. The funds raised previously are paying filing fee and his vet care and we will restart fund if the city raises the amount of bond for his boarding.

The legal situation is very fluid and those of you wanting to donate, please wait. The Go Fund Me will be re-opened if the city and court requires more money.
We have several works in progress and we will remain BEAU STRONG.
Please do not give up the faith, your voices count. When you share our page and petition more people see you.
Now a brief word about misinformation. Many of you who have called either the shelter or city get conflicting information. If you read through our page since October, our story has not changed. We try our best to update your with each move. Why the city gives so many stories we do not know.
Why has a hearing date not been set? We have no answer for that. Why had Beau not been freed yet? We have no answer. But rest assured we are trying. The best you can do for Beau is get his word out and keep the faith.
Tomorrow we will have a P.O. Box address for those of you requesting to send positive notes to Danny and Beau. Please bear with us this situation has been long and devastating to many, but with your voices, we feel we will prevail.
I hope this gives you some ideas of where you can help and I hope that you all have a safe new year's week. We will try to update you as the situation becomes clearer, and we hope that we will know some more next week.
