I am trying to raise funds to help lessen the burden of medical costs and to help give Jerry the memorial service he deserves. After months of fighting stage 4 Cancer, he is now on hospice care and at home with his wife, Kathy, in Wewahitchka. Any funds received will go towards off setting the costs of burial services and to help Kathy get back on her feet from this devastating loss.
