Help Jeremiah Breathe Easier Support His Fight Against Cystic Fibrosis

Hi, my name is Carrie , and I’m asking for your love, prayers, and support for my sweet son Jeremiah Azaiah Worley. He’s 12 years old, full of life, funny, smart, and incredibly strong. But right now, Jeremiah is fighting a really tough battle—and he needs our help.

Jeremiah was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when he was just 3 months old. He’s been in and out of the hospital since he was 6 months old because of chronic infections in his right lung. He also has pancreatic insufficiency , which means his body doesn’t make enough enzymes to properly digest food. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s always had a beautiful spirit and a big smile.

On April 21st, 2025, Jeremiah was admitted to Batson Children's Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. His condition has worsened. His lung function is down to 37% , and only 30% of the smaller airways in his right lung are open. Doctors believe he may have developed pseudomonas, a very serious lung infection, and he’s now being treated with three powerful antibiotics. He’ll have to stay in the hospital for a while—possibly even be evaluated for a lung transplant if his condition qualifies.

I am am doing everything I can to be by his side, but the cost of travel, missed work, meals, and just trying to stay afloat while caring for my child is adding up quickly.

That’s why I’m reaching out. We are praying for healing, but we could also use help getting through the days ahead. Donations will go directly toward Jeremiah’s care, helping cover medical bills, travel and living expenses while he’s hospitalized, and supporting me as I cares for him.
