Jen’s 50 Mile Bridge to Bridge Walk

In June of this year I will be starting at 5.30am at the Forth Road Bridge and taking a lovely cross county stroll to the Tay bridge finishing roughly around 12am. It’s a big challenge and I hoping that everyone will get behind me and help to support the two amazing charities that I have chosen to fundraise for.

This year I had made a pledge to myself to getrid of the mum tum and I aiming to loose 4 stone in the process, as part of the pledge I wanted to get fitter and what better motivator than a 50 mile walk. 

Victoria Hospice
Last October my Uncle Rab was cared for by the wonderful team at The Victoria Hospice in Kirkcaldy. They help to support patients and their families by giving support and altering medications and also provide end of life care to those patients who are unable to return home. 

The staff at the hospice provided such wonderful care for my uncle and his family and made their last days together as peaceful as they could. The staff become like an extended partof the family during your stay and no words could describe how amazing they are. 

4 Louis

4 Louis is a really special charity that provides memory boxes for bereaved parents, to helpcapture the precious memories of their baby or child. 4 Louis currently provide 6 different styles of memory boxes. 

This is a particularly special charity as they helped to capture the special memories of my best friends niece Annie. www.4louis.co.uk
