Jemba's College Fund

I met Jemba a year ago. He lives in Uganda where there are very few job opportunities. Here is Jemba's story in his own words:
I am Jemba Denis, 25 year old male residing in Uganda, East Africa. I am a returned Missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. I served in Liberia, West Africa for a year before being evacuated and reassigned to Uganda after a deadly Ebola outbreak in West Africa. I lost my mom and dad to HIV/AIDS when I was only 5 years old. My parents never recieved the opportunity to go to school, which is painful for me to think of today. I have lived a difficult life growing up as an Orphan in Uganda. I lived and slept on the streets always hungry. I have had to hussle my whole life just for food, shelter and clothing. There is no opportunity to ever get ahead. Many days I work long hard shifts on a farm, or doing other erands for someone and they refuse to pay.
I have been accepted at one of the Universities in Uganda called Uganda Christian University to pursue a Bachelor of Governance and International Relations with the help of the Perpetual Education Fund Loan which will cover my tuition and fees. I would like to buy a car to become self reliant driving as a Special Hire Taxi to pay for my room, board, scholastic materials and other basic needs in life while going to school. If you can help me raise $6000 to buy a car I will help another student buy a car when I am finished with my studies. This is similar to the Perpetual Education Fund which helps another student with tuition when I pay back my loan. I have my drivers license already and I have been able to pay my acceptance fees to the University. Without your help I will lose this opportunity that I have worked so hard to realize. Thank you so much for your love and consideration.

He is the future of Africa which can only change and progress through education. Against all odds this is a hardworking amazing young man who can make a difference in Uganda with the opportunities an education will bring.
Update:
I will be collecting the money for Jemba and transferring the funds to him in Uganda in $2000 increments. The first transfer will go out this week as we are 1/3 of the way there! Jemba currently works driving cars for hire. However, when you don't have your own car it's difficult to find consistent work and available cars. When he drives a car he doesn't own he gets paid whatever the owner wants to pay and sometimes he doesn't get paid at all. Thank you for considering this cause to help Jemba fund his education and help others along the way.
