Jasmine's Treatment for Mayo Clinic

I am Jasmine Dark. I am trying to raise money to help pay for my expenses I will accure when going for treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. The University of Texas rheumatologist and neurologist referred me to the Mayo Clinic to attempt to find a treatment for my medical conditions which are Undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD), myositis, Raynaud's Phenomenon, discoid lupus, and myopathies. These are all rare diseases and I have been diagnosed with  these at the same time and unable to work for the past 2 1/2 years as a Registered Nurse. 
The money will be used for traveling expenses, hotel, and food. I will have to stay in Arizona for treatment a minimum of one week. In hopes of being treated, I will be at Mayo Clinic from April 25- April 30, 2016 at the minimum. This means the world to me because these are life threatening debilitating diseases that may potentitally cause death. I'm only 28 years old and had my whole life ahead of me until I was diagnosed with these debilitating diseases. Whatever you can give will be greatly be appreciated.
