Jay Champ Medical Fund

Recently a long time member of the Altoona hardcore scene, Jay Champeno was hospitalized for an extended period of time due to a blood infection along with diverticulitis. It goes without saying how expensive health care is and medical costs quickly stack up. Jay is not a person who would ever ask for any hand outs or favors but it's time we, the hardcore community step up and help out someone who would do the same for any of us.
