My name is jax im 7yrs old .   i want  to raise money for a charity called buttony bear  . Since i was born ive had problems with my bowels i have had lots of hospital stays since being a baby . Ive been on medication from the start . When i was 4 i had botox in sheffield children’s hospital which didnt work so i had a further 3 and none of them was successful for me . I continued taking lots of medicine then i started a treatment called peristeen irrigation where I would have daily washouts, this wasnt very nice but it had to be done so i wasnt in any pain and i could eat properly and not be sick . After 2 yrs on this irrigation it started to not work so my surgeon advised us id need an ACE stoma so september 2020 i had my stoma surgery it was a very long few months recovery for
Me but i was strong and always had a smile on my face . But the one thing what helped me through
My journey was buttony bear . It was donated to me from the amazing charity and it hasnt left my side yet so id really like to raise money so i can take some bears to sheffield childrens hospital around june time
