Jason and Jennifer Burgess medical and ect

This Go Fund me has been created to help support Jason and Jennifer Burgess during their time of need. Jason was found unresponsive on November 21st in their home. He suffered from a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (Hemorrhagic Stroke) and aneurysm. He was admitted to the University of Denver Hospital, Neuro ICU on the 21st where he will remain for 21 days under sedation while the team of doctors care for him. From there he will transition to the main hospital for additional treatment to recover, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. While we still don't know the extent of long term care he will need, this will be a long journey for Jason and Jennifer. The funds raised will be used for medical care, everyday expenses and possibly home care once he is able to return home in a few months. Please keep them both in your prayers. Update 12/05, 

As you may already know, Jasons outlook is not good. If he leaves ICU it would be to acute long term care on life support. They have started the process of pulling his sedation to see if there is any fight there or if he is gone. It could be a few days to a week before we really know what the next steps are. They are about 99.9% sure he will not recover at this point and the damage is too significant. He has not progressed any healing of his brain and has actually gotten a bit worse. His body, lungs, heart, and kidneys even are super stable and great. I’m not giving up on him and miracles happen everyday but we also need to be honest with the reality we are in at this time. I will still keep you all posted on what is happening and please continue to pray for us. This is not the message I wanted to relay. Love y’all!
