Jasmine Central Suite Bereavement Suite Fundraiser

2021 is the year that the collective of parents of loss in Plymouth finally fundraise enough to allow the plans for The Jasmine & Central Delivery Suite to come into fruition.

I shared the initial plans on my facebook in February 2019 - it has been a funny few years what with the pandemic situation but after my previous fundraising efforts and providing another Cuddle Cot for the Snowdrop Appeal I would love to use the year and my new found passion for jogging (attempting to run) to clock up some miles, spread the word about The Bereavement Suite (the plans are beautiful) and raise some money in various ways.

The Snowdrop Suite and complex will be a specialist space for families who have experienced early loss, miscarriage, still birth and neonatal loss away from the regular maternity unit to allow for easing of trauma and the start of the healing process after baby loss. 

Back in 2017 we lost our little boy Mylo at 21 + 3 weeks and I was wonderfully supported through the hardest time of our life. We were able to use the Snowdrop Suite which was such a comfort. This was a new space at the time and provided rest bite for myself, husband and close family who came to support us. It is such an invaluable resource for parents and families of loss and I want to be instrumental in getting the space to an elevated level.

My goal is to complete various distances and
jogs (runs) to raise the vital funds to get the space up and running.
