Hi I am Kenny Koyle-DiGregorio and I am raising funds for the legacy of Jared Koyle. Jared died young and unexpectedly. We are trying to raise funds to help cover his funeral and cremation and to also give his little girl, Lucy a bit of a nest egg and any additional money raised will go into a trust for her.
Here is his obituary:
Jared David Koyle passed away November 1, 2021 after struggling with mental health issues for many years, he was 41.
Jared was born on March 31, 1980 to Connie and Gaylen Koyle, the youngest of five siblings. Jared grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah. He enjoyed spending time with his older brother, Brad, and they became known as “the boys”. To his cousins he was known as the “cool” one who always gave the best and longest hugs.
Jared enjoyed spending time with his grandparents and developed a strong relationship with his Grandpa Bradford. Jared played baseball from a young age as most children do who are from Spanish Fork. Each summer Jared spent time with his father in Evanston, Wyoming.
Jared lit up any room he entered. He had the swagger of Matthew McConaughey and the sparkle in his eye of Woody Harrelson. People were drawn to him.
After his formal education, Jared worked in construction and became an accomplished Cement Mason and Concrete Finisher. Eventually, he decided to give his cracked hands a break and moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he became a top-selling car sales person. After a while his brother, Brad joined Jared in Phoenix and the two made many friends and had many adventures.
After Jared and Kimberly Travis were married they brought their daughter, Lucy, into the world. Lucy was the light of her daddy’s life. Lucy represented a piece of heaven on earth.
After Jared and Kimberly divorced they both worked to co-parent Lucy, giving her a stable environment with two very loving parents.
Within the last 4 years Jared and his brother Brad built a business, Addicted Construction, that was dedicated to helping recovering addicts to open new chapters in their lives. Jared provided employment to those who normally have no other place to work. Jared was very proud of his work with Addicted Construction. He became very active in the “sober” community joining their athletic league including softball and volleyball.
Jared was not a religious person, but was very keen to his spirituality. His favorite books were those of self-help and spirituality. Finding an inner peace. Jared was hyper aware of the spiritually around him in nature and was not afraid to embrace new ideas. Jared had passion in his convictions and never shied from sharing those convictions with others.
Jared was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Ned and Shirlee Bradford; Selwyn and Delma Koyle; and Mark and Myrl Bradford.
Jared is survived by his daughter, Lucille Koyle and his former wife Kimberly. He is also survived by his mother Connie (Craig) Necaise, father Gaylen (Darlene) Koyle, brothers and sisters Kenny (Joey) Koyle-DiGregorio, Jen (David) Cox, Melinda Davis, Bradford (Millie) Koyle, and Nathan (Sami) Koyle. Jared had many nieces and nephews, who will miss him fiercely, Zach, Kaylee, Jorden, Amanda, Cody, Casey, Colin, Makenna, Bailey, Justin, Tori, Kira and Addison. He was also the proud great uncle to many.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Jared’s go fund me page, which will help with funeral expenses and to support his daughter Lucy as she grows up.
