We're raising money for a charity very close to our hearts. Autism NI work to provide life changing services for the 30,000 people affected by autism in Northern Ireland and also raise awareness.
Jack is our special little boy who has autism. Sadly so many people still don't understand autism. But charities such as Autism NI work hard to change this.
Over the last 5 years the rate of autism has increased by 82% in school aged children. That's 1 in 24.
Yet still approx 2500 children are still waiting an assessment in NI.
86% of autistic children have special educational needs.
