For almost two decades, the associates of ISM Spa have provided thousands of people with a place to laugh, cry, replenish and relax. We are not just a workplace. We are family.
Today, we’re guided by our commitment to our community and team as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result of the pandemic, we’ve been forced to temporarily close 15 spas across the country. This has impacted over 300 spa therapists. While we have closed our doors, we refuse to close our hearts. This initiative is our way of continuing to honor ISM Spa’s core values and take care of the people who make them possible.
Spa TheraTips is a fund created to help our spa therapists overcome the tragic reality our industry currently faces. Rapid decline in travel and the necessary halt on sharing space has hit our team and their families hard. Our therapists rely heavily on tips to survive and are in dire need of immediate relief.
They have supported your well-being. Let’s come together to support theirs.
We invite you to tip for a tip. In exchange for wellness tips from our highly educated spa therapists, you can donate a virtual tip. Donations of $1, $5, $50 or even $100 will help them tremendously. Many of their futures and ability to return to work remain uncertain. Your tip donation will go directly to spa therapists and support staff to ease the burden of lost wages and will be split equally amongst all temporarily impacted associates.
