Jami's House Fire Fund

Dear family and friends:

The devastating fire that is still raging in Santa Rosa, CA has personally affected our family. My Aunt Jami was called away (in the middle of the night) to work at the Emergency Center of Operations on Sunday. She left her house with nothing more than the clothes on her back and her phone charger. As she drove away, she recalls that the winds were crazy and embers were blowing around everywhere. Due to the mandatory evacuations she was not allowed to return to her home to retrieve (or save) anything. She found out yesterday that the first home she ever purchased (earlier this year), was completely burned to the ground, along with everything in it. The loss is substantial, both emotionally and financially. My dad (Jami's brother) is driving to be with Jami today. As a fireman Scott has seen his share of tragedy, but nothing has come this close to home. Most of our family is in Southern California, while Jami is by herself in Northern California. We are asking our family and friends for a small (or generous if you are able) donation to help cover Jami's immediate costs. We deeply appreciate your consideration and donations. Jami is in our prayers, as are all of the families affected by the Santa Rosa fires.
