Dear All,
I wanted to take a moment to share something close to our hearts as a workplace and, more importantly, as a community.
As many of you may be aware, James “Jimmy” Fulton was directly impacted by the recent fires. In moments, Jimmy lost his home and almost all his belongings. Thankfully, the most important thing is that Jimmy and his cat are safe. However, the road ahead for him is not an easy one.
For those who know Jimmy, you will know he is one of the genuinely good people. He is kind, humble, and always willing to lend a hand without ever asking for anything in return. He is the sort of person who would show up without hesitation if someone else was in need, quietly doing what he could and never seeking recognition for it.
Right now, Jimmy could use that same kindness returned.
He is starting again from scratch and needs help to replace basic household items that many of us take for granted. Simple things like kitchen items, bedding, furniture, and everyday essentials. Rebuilding after a fire is not just about replacing things, it is about restoring a sense of normality and dignity after an incredibly traumatic experience.
If you are in a position to donate, whether it is a small amount or something larger, every contribution will make a real and meaningful difference. There is absolutely no pressure and no expectation. This is simply an opportunity for us, as a staff group or community, to support one of our own during a time when it truly matters.
Even if you are unable to donate, please keep Jimmy in your thoughts. A kind word, a message of support, or simply knowing that people care can mean more than you might realise.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for the compassion and generosity that makes this such a special workplace and community.
