On 6/17/16 I fell 50 ft off a cliff resulting in life threatening injuries with medical bills surpassing over $2 million as a result of being in ICU for almost 3 weeks and another 4 weeks in Grady hospital. Through a ton of prayers and rehabilitation to learn to walk again, I was able to return to work. The company that I had worked for 3 years laid me off while I was unconscious in ICU. I found a wonderful temp job as soon as I was released to work, which was by the grace of God. Needless to say we have never been able to even put a dent into the medical bills and time I was off of work. We thought we were on the road to physical and financial recovery until we were hit with another one of life's blows.

Now my husband James (Jaime aka Double O) is fighting for his life. He is currently in ICU in Atlanta fighting a blood infection that has kept him in a coma for over 2 weeks. We have just been able to remove him from being on the ventilator, but at this point and time he is still unable to talk, walk, and/or control any of his motor skills. 
Jaime has been out of work now from his illness since Thanksgiving and I was laid off of my temp. position 12/26/18. I am desperate for help so that I can even have a home for him to come to when he's out of the hospital. He is going to need care all around the clock. But if I am unable to pay the rent, lights, car, insurance, etc; I won't have a home to bring him to when he's able to get out of the hospital.

We are desperate. I am presently trying to hold on to everything as well as find another job and be there for my husband. If you can please find it in your heart to help by donating, spreading our story, prayers, anything would be appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.
