Jake's Surgery Donation Fund

Hi friends, I am putting together this GoFundMe for my husband, Jake, who recently underwent emergency surgery. Jake had been experiencing pain for two days before eventually bringing him to the Emergency Room the morning of July 2nd, which also happened to be his 29th birthday. He was admitted to the hospital and monitored for two days before the doctors felt the need to perform emergency surgery. This surgery will put him out of work for about a month and unable to perform any of his physical labor side jobs for at least the rest of the year. I also had to take some time off work to stay with him and care for him at the hospital. This fund will help us cover any bills and monthly expenses that will affect this challenging time. Unfortunately this is only the first of two surgeries he will need performed, and the same thing will happen again here in about three months. Truly anything helps, and we appreciate everything that everyone has done for us thus far. Jake has gone through this whole experience like a champ, and we are all so very proud of him. He has a long road of recovery ahead, but we are very optimistic and can't wait for him to be back to his old self.
