Jake Mangelsen family

Jake Mangelsen, a kind, generous and beloved member of the Siren community, with his sweet family at his side, reached out to grasp the hand of Jesus at 8:13 last night.

Matthew 8:13 (NIV) Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment. Jake has been battling cancer, this last round being his second since July 2018.  Let us all take comfort in knowing he is free of all pain and cancer now and is walking side-by-side with Jesus.

Jake and Holly own three businesses in Siren which are all currently closed due to the state mandate and with the addition of astronomical medical bills they could really use our help. Jake and Holly through their small businesses for years have been pillars of unfailing support and goodness in their community.   As we shine our lights at 7:30 tonight lets show Jake we are all in this together to Bless Holly and the girls through this incredibly difficult time.

Please continue to pray for peace, strength and comfort for Holly, Hannah, Gracie and all of Jakes's family as they grieve this tremendous loss.
