Hi, my name is Jen Thompson and I'm fundraising for Jake Caya. For those of you who know Jake, he is one of the best humans you will ever meet. He's smart, funny, kind, caring, and loves being active.

Jake has a rare form of cancer that he has been getting chemo treatments for for the last 3 mo and now is going to to have surgery in NY the month of June. He and his family will have a lot of costs to stay in NYC while Jake is in the hospital or recovering possibly in a hotel for up to 3 weeks.

If you'd like to help by donating anything you can, to support Jake and his family while they are there, it will ease some of the pressure. They will be headed to NY on 6/7/23 so anything we can pull together by then would be great.
