Jackson’s Little Princess Fundraiser

In August 2019, Jackson (then 7) came to us and asked if he could grow his hair to donate to make wigs for children. We encouraged him and told him it was a lovely idea! Almost 2 years later (he’s now 9), with a hair donation of approximately 13”, he’s ready to cut it. This is what he has to say:

“I want to donate my hair because I don’t think it’s fair for people to have to be bald and they should have the opportunity to have hair. I saw some people do this at school and I thought it was a good cause and I wanted to do it too.

I hope my donation makes someone happy because having hair is quite nice and I hope they like their wig.

I want to raise at least £151 but really as much as possible because I want to help in every way I can.”
