Jacksons Thrift Store Building Fund

Donation protected
Specialist Jackson Johnson was born and raised in Franklin County, TN till we moved to Missouri in 2015. In which he enlisted in the Army Reserve 2016 at the age of 16. Jackson was assigned to a unit out of Mt Vernon, IL. He deployed to Kuwait in October 2018 and was killed on March 5, 2019, at the age of 20, while on deployment. He was a fun, loving guy. He loved to make people smile. He never met a stranger, and would help anyone in any way he could. He is our hometown hero.

In August 2019, a friend of ours, Mark Bassett, opened a Thrift store with our support in honor of Jackson. The thrift store is called Jacksons and is located in Decherd TN. All the proceeds go to help veterans with whatever we can help with. We have been overwhelmed with love and pouring of donations. We are also amazed of how many veterans we have already helped since August. We want to continue to service more. We are now needing to move buildings to expand our mission. Our goal is to purchase a building to have the Thrift Store. If not we want to rent a bigger building. They will be condemning the current building we have the Thrift store in. The currentbuilding is falling apart. So we have a short time to raise the funds we need and move. We are asking for any little help. We want to keep the store in Franklin County TN. We have a building in mind in Downtown Decherd. Please help us to continue to carry on Jacksons memory and so we  can continue to help the veterans.
