My name is Jack I am 10 years old. I was born with a rare medical condition an Exomphalos Major ( my bowel, liver and stomach ) on the outside of my body. I was very poorly when I was a baby but the amazing doctors and nurses at the RVI children's hospital in Newcastle fought hard to save my life.
I love dancing especially tap and ballet and I love playing football as well as riding bikes with my mam, dad and little brother Archie. I want kids to know even if you are poorly you can still do all the things you love to do, we are no different than anyone else,that is our super power!
I have been in and out of hospital all through my life and in April last year I won a Child of Courage Pride of South Tyneside award for being brave! I was so excited to receive it but I also know that there are alot more children in hospital aswell and I want to make up some little bags of hope and friendship that can be given out on the children's wards to male kids smile. I want to raise enough mo ey for each pack to have a book, cuddly toy and other special things. I hope you can all help me out if you can, aswell as this page my friends and I will also be doing sponsored events aswell. Thanks for reading
