Jack's DOC ban fund

We are reaching out to our friends and family for support in helping our son Jack get the care he needs because the help of insurance has fallen through with this prognosis. 

Our son has Severe  Plagiocephaly with his head and is in need of a DOC ban. We thought that insurance would cover this, but it unfortunately does not. So before going through other options and putting ourselves in debt, we wanted to reach out and see if our community of friends and family would help support Jack in his journey.
