Jack Klines Eagle Project

Hi, my name is Jack Klines. I am a Boy Scout in Los Angeles, California.  I am currently working on the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouts and the hardest to earn (only 5% of our country's Scouts make this rank). The main requirment is to plan and lead a communtiy service project that benefits an organization or place other than the Boy Scouts. 

My project will take place on the 28th of October at the Virginia Robinson Gardens. The Gardens is a historic landmark, home, and garden property that is now a part of the LA County Parks. My project is centered around the historical conservation of the Palm Terrace Fountain. We will clean and restore the fountain. After cleaning, we will repot the existing water lilies in new aquatic soil, pot and add additional plants, and refill the water feature. We will also be cleaning, clearing and replanting the beds around the fountain and pots on the brick deck.

All of these profits go towards buying plants, tools, and suplies for my project.  Any donation is appreciated!
