Hello Family and Friends,
 This is Jackie my wife.  Many of you or most of you know she was just recently diagnosed with Stage 4 metastic breast cancer that has spread to her bones and brain.  Jackie is 51 years old  
 and a mother of 4 children who's ages range from 8 to 15 years old.  She was just recently diagnosed with this disease 2 weeks ago and is in the process of receiving treatment at Savannah Memorial hospital where she has been  since her diagnosis. 
 She is currently receiving radiation treatment and then will be administered a hormonal drug called Ibrance.   Jackie was taken to the hospital by ambulance 2 weeks ago because she was not able to walk and was starting to not speak clearly.  After several tests and scans
she was diagnosed.  Everyone that knows and loves Jackie knows that she would give the shirt off her back to help anyone in need.  Because of her current situation she is not able to work and help to support her family financially.      
 I would appreciate any donation large or small to help offset our medical and day to day expenses .  Thank you in advance for your help in our time of need.
