Jace & Skyler start a family

As Jace and I enter this chapter of marriage in our life together we have a different request unlike most newly married couples.  Over the last six years we have made a wonderful home together and have most everything we need. Having children is the one thing we want the most! However, starting a family is not as easy for us as it is for others. We are going to need the miracles of science and a lot of love to start our family. I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure when I was 19. This is uncommon at such a young age and I knew that having children would be a challenge. I have gone to several specialists ranging from western medicine to acupuncture to Chinese herbalist. Last year I found out that while I have the ability to carry a baby I do not have any eggs to create one. This means to start a family we need an egg donor. Once we find the perfect and healthy match we can create some very sweet little embryos and get them transferred one at a time to have our family. We understand this might seem out of the ordinary, but science and doctors are not cheap, average cost is $30,000-$50,000. We have decided that instead of our marriage being celebrated with gifts, like new pots and pans, we ask that you donate to help us build our family. The donations will be used for anything and everything involving the egg donation process from doctor appointments,  compensations for the egg donor, egg retrieval, fertilization/creation of embryos, freezing of embryos, transfer of embryo. Everything will go towards our future children! This means so very much to us, and is something we have spent many days and nights (years)  thinking about!
