Hi everyone,

My name is Ivah and I’m a trans man fundraising for my top surgery. For years I battled with identity issues and a lot of emotional pain and confusion. Finally figuring out I was trans at 22 lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and gave me a whole new lease on life.

Top surgery is the next big step in my journey, one that would make an incredible difference to my mental health and my ability to live comfortably day to day. It would ease so much of the dysphoria I carry and allow me to move through the world with confidence and peace of mind.

I currently work two jobs and have managed to save nearly £300, but with the total cost being around £8,000, the goal still feels a long way off. This fundraiser will help me reach that goal much quicker and relieve so much of the stress that comes with waiting.
