St. Pete Timebank has been adamant about not charging membership fees. We want the timebank to remain accessible to all, even those without the ability to pay.
In our orientations, we always let new members know that when we have bills, we will fund raise for them and have asked members to pay what they can when the bills come. It's time to ask!
We have approximately $2,500 in our budget due in the next few months and are asking members to reach deep in their pockets to help pay for software costs, taxes, and legal filing fees. This $2,500 also keeps the website hosted every month and allows us to use an unlimited zoom account for our training and board meetings. These bills are due by the beginning of March, so we have a month to raise these funds
