Jimmy Fitzpatrick, age 59, long time Islip Terrace resident is currently going through a health crisis. Due to a genetic disorder, Jimmy became so ill in the past year that he needed a liver transplant. After a recent successful transplant Jimmy was only home for three short weeks before he was admitted back into the hospital.  Unfortunately the family has just learned that he is in need of a heart transplant as well. As you can imagine he has spent many months in the hospital and has been unable to support his family. His wife Debbie and his three children have been at his side throughout this journey.
