International Dance Festival Tour

Hello friends, family, and current/future supporters.
I am incredibly excited to announce that I have been accepted into three international festivals this year to tour my solo, "The Human Condition: Absent Presence". Each festival has been gracious enough to provide food and accommodation while in attendance. However, I do need help raising funds for the travel portion of these trips. With your support, I will be able to share this piece of work, which is very near and dear to my heart, with audiences worldwide.
Here are the following festivals I will be traveling to:
1. Solo Contemporary Dance Festival - Ankara, Turkey - June 28-30
2. FIDCDMX 2019 - Mexico City, Mexico - August 1-5
3. Quinzena de Danca de Almada - International Dance Festival - International Platform for Choreographers 27th edition - Almada, Portugal - October 3-6
In hopes of acquiring the cheapest plane ticket costs, I will be booking my tickets at the end of May.
As most of you know, I have a special love for traveling. That love is amplified even further when I get to travel for my craft. A year ago, I remember making a goal to specifically travel for the purpose of performing. I am still in a bit of shock that I have the opportunity to perform my own choreography at three international festivals this year. Dreams do come true. Furthermore, this piece I will be performing has given me the most joy to perform due to the conversations it sparks. I get so much fulfillment out of hearing people's life stories that my narrative made them feel all over again, and extra thankful to each and every person that chooses to share with me.
I am ready to launch myself and formally introduce myself as a solo performance artist. With that introduction also brings the need for a support system. I would be eternally grateful to each and every person that supports me on this journey. With your help, I will have the opportunity to knock on doors I once only dreamed about. I will have the ability to share my passion with audiences of different cultures. I will have the opportunity to give back by gaining momentum to create and share more work.
I will be creating a video blog to document each festival in its entirety. I would love to personally share this documentation with each person that so graciously supports me in this GoFundMe campaign.
