Instant Family ❤️

Jake's family recently endured an awful and unthinkable tragedy. This led to Jake and i adding two beautiful children to our family. We are beyond blessed to have so much love and support from both families, and any contributions will go directly to the childrens' well-being. We are so grateful for all the love and support we've received so far and are welcoming any support - donations, prayers, anything ❤️
