Injured and Facing Eviction as well as Legal We Need Help

I’m currently in need of $1250 to pay my rent payments so that I can take my court case to state or superior court to avoid eviction that was placed against me and my family. It’s on us to pay for an appeal with legal representation. My hardship is the financial stability which is due to me being out of work due to a work-related injury that led to having a major foot surgery. At the moment, I’m currently having to do physical therapy twice a week for my foot, as well as some other injuries that occurred. I’m now suffering from knee pain and swelling, which they’re thinking may have been caused by my surgery. My household income was also cut. My father has a range of health issues. I have been going through depression, emotional issues, and anxiety. Anything helps so that me and my family can continue to have a roof over our heads for the time being. I wouldn’t be asking for help if these things wouldn’t have occurred, as well as my income tax has been delayed due to some documents. Living in the home is my father, myself, and my two daughters. I was able to pay what was needed but now however with the money being paid into the state court registry I will have to wait until I go to court. Now I need to pay $3,084 until court.
